Nothing suspiring here, though they do call it 'natural caffeine'. I.e they extracted it from coffee beans. Coming in at 200mg, it's enough to give you the buzz you are looking for, without making your heart jumping out of your chest. Anyway, this isn’t even a main benefit. In fact, it’s definitely not worth advertising this on the front of a supplement container; increasing the absorption rate of supplements is good, but this is more of a ‘bonus’ than a key benefit. From first flance, we can’t see any evidence that suggests it’ll be more useful for females. Not only that, as you only consume 1 serving per day of B4 Burn, the thermogenic ingredients inside this pre-workout isn’t likely to take effect.
