As I have loosely followed Liz on her insta, come from Cambridge and know people that she knows, I already knew majority of her struggles due to her,as she herself states,oversharing. It's an invaluable read and essential reading if your drinking is ruining the lives of those you love OR you are in a relationship with an abusive drinker. I was interested in her story and curious to see how closely it matched our families experience with alcoholism - she said if anyone wants to know what it is like to live with an alcoholic this book is it!
