The game is an excellent adaptation, the premise is the same as the original, guide the lemmings from the trapdoor to the exit using a variety of skills to manipulate the environment. I used to love playing this game on N64 as a child with my family, and it really contains a lot of good memories for me, but I found it stilted and annoying on PSP, and really isn't comparable. The game had the similar graphical improvements as the PSP title, as well as online scoreboards and additional levels developed for high-definition display, but lacked the ability to create and share levels as the PSP version offered. Sometimes we work them out together which is nice nd lets us work together each giving suggestions as to what might work. Control the fate of the Lemmings as they mindlessly wander about deadly environmental hazards including raging rivers, steep cliffs and pools of lava.

The PSP version featured all 120 levels from the original game, 36 brand new levels as well as expansion pack support, and a user level editor. Every level in the game was a pre-rendered 3D landscape, although their gameplay was still 2D and remains faithful to the original game.Aside from the obvious graphics and sound updates, the game allows you to zoom into the level to better discern what the lemmings are doing on the small screen. In 2007, Team17 produced a similar remake of Lemmings for the PlayStation 3 for download through the PlayStation Network.
