About this deal

In addition to the Annual Frozen Asset Review, relevant firms are also obliged to report to OFSI as soon as practicable, information concerning funds or economic resources belonging to, owned, held, or controlled by a designated person. The UK Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) has announced a new reporting requirement in relation to frozen assets of UK designated persons, as detailed below. The 2023 report must be submitted to OFSI by 10 November 2023 and include the value of all frozen assets as at close of business on 29 September 2023.

Creating a package for your marketing needs and goals for the event is how the BFFF work and appreciate every company likes to market in different ways and channels, which is why our Membership Engagement team work with you to build the package which meet your goals. To join us with marking this special occasion is our guest speaker, TV presenter and former England International Rugby player, Martin Bayfield. With plenty of stories and activities to keep kids occupied, this is the ideal activity book for a rainy Winters day. To facilitate this process, individuals with possession of, or control over, assets, encompassing funds and economic resources subject to freezing under UK financial sanctions, are mandated to provide OFSI every year with detailed reports outlining the nature and assessed value of these assets.

Our BFFF lunch offers an excellent opportunity to network with industry colleagues from across the frozen food industry. Similarly, valuations of tangible assets reported as part of In-Year Reporting are made through publicly available information where not included in submitted reports.

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) helps to ensure that financial sanctions are properly understood, implemented and enforced in the United Kingdom. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. On 14 December 2023, the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) published its Annual Review for the financial year 2022 to 2023 containing reporting on assets frozen under UK financial sanctions regulations.Packed full of stories, activities, puzzles and crafts, this annual is sure to provide hours of Frozen fun for little ones. As Frozen Asset In-Year Reporting is a cumulative value of frozen assets at the time of freezing and does not determine or record subsequent changes, the published values as part of In-Year Reporting are likely to be higher than their actual value as the assets subsequently depreciate.

The list of designated persons can be found on OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets here.Unlike the annual Frozen Asset Review, In-Year Reporting identifies the last known value of shares reportedly held at the point of designation, where not already reported. Those persons or entities may not be designated in their own right, so their name may not appear on the consolidated list. billion worth of assets frozen in relation to the Russia regime have been reported frozen to OFSI since the beginning of Russia’s large-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. With plenty of stories and activities to keep kids occupied, this is the ideal activity book for a rainy Winter’s day.

The report must include details of all “funds” or “economic resources” frozen in the UK as well as those overseas where these funds or economic resources are “subject to UK financial sanctions legislation”.Enjoy more magical activities, colouring, puzzles and enchanting stories with the Disney Frozen Annual 2023!
