About this deal

They rekindle their searing sexual affair, and Anastasia learns more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven and demanding Fifty Shades. In a public library there is usually very little that would prevent a book from being on the shelf if there is a demand for the information. We never really know for sure, but anyway, because of this threat, Christian has hired more security. The 2 of them get back together and the usual hot, steamy sex continues, albeit with Ana occasionally questioning him whether she's 'enough for him'.

She doesn't want to leave the apartment because she's afraid of what will happen between Christian and Loony Tunes! After she meets Christian again to attend friend Jose's photo exhibition, Ana realises, once more, how much he really means to her and her to him. It further explores their relationship, including new trials and obstacles that the main characters face. What I enjoyed most about this book was the fact there were so many more fun times - the charity event, the boat and the club. His anger, intense control freakishness, desire to enjoy Ana for all she is, stems from abuse, neglect and exploitation.

But desire for Christian still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, Anastasia cannot resist. I simply couldn't help laughing when his mom's pimp treated me to six utterances of, "You are one fucked-up bitch.Daunted by the singular tastes and dark secrets of the beautiful, tormented young entrepreneur Christian Grey, Anastasia Steele has broken off their relationship to start a new career with a Seattle publishing house. I love how Christian continues to experience a lot of firsts with Ana, things that he's never done with or for any other woman. Christian pulls Ana away from the party and takes her to the boathouse, which he has decorated with flowers and soft lights. In March 2012, branches of the public library in Brevard County, Florida, removed copies of Fifty Shades of Grey from their shelves, with an official stating that it did not meet the selection criteria for the library and that reviews for the book had been poor. A poor condition book can still make a good reading copy but is generally not collectible unless the item is very scarce.

Anastasia " Ana" Steele: College graduate, former PA to Jack Hyde now commissioning editor at Seattle Independent Publishing and primary love interest and wife of Christian Grey. we get to hear about how her "inner goddess" responds, which, more often than not, is how a sex-crazed rabbit on crack would respond. After particularly good rounds of sex, Ana's inner goddess is heard to be lounging on a chaise lounge, purring, stretching, you get the idea. He starts freaking out on Ana, telling her she can't leave, she means everything to him, he needs her, blah blah blah, and then.

The plot is weak and predictable - you think that there is going to be some drama some suspense but it fizzles out. All this and 2 extra dramatic episodes occur as 2 of Christian's ex-subs turn up: Leila, who is mentally unstable, and Elena, who was Christian's older woman affair and the one who Ana grows to hate, quite strongly. His attempts to climb out of his situation and pursue a healthier mental lifestyle are greeted with enthusiasm.

In 2002, World of Books Group was founded on an ethos to do good, protect the planet and support charities by enabling more goods to be reused. Alisha is a lot like Ana, and I never thought I'd hear of another "heroine" as stupidly naive and inane as Alisha. By using the Web site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. She was a producer on each of the three Fifty Shades movies, which made more than a billion dollars at the box office. Ana's self-defense training with Ray Steele when she was younger allows her to escape, and Christian has Jack fired.

Soon she is learning more about the harrowing past of her damage, driven and demanding Fifty Shades than she ever thought possible. Zap2it 's Andrea Reiher expressed frustration at Roiphe's depiction of the series, stating that "[b]eing submissive sexually is not tantamount to being the victim of abuse" or that they're "giving up their power or their equality with their partner". A representative for the library stated that it was due to the book's sexual content and that other libraries had declined to purchase copies for their branches. It's a beautiful love story that's about two people, one who's deeply broken but trying to find his way out of the dark, and the other who is completely accepting of him, flaws and all, coming together and figuring out what the future holds for them. Karla (Mossy Love Grotto) wrote: "Sadly, there is a portion of the romance-reading public who only focus on the sex scenes and pretty much skim everything else.
