Rustins One Coat Damp Seal is a fast drying, high performance interior paint which permanently covers damp, water stains and most household stains. G4 is also using for sealing damp out from concrete, stone, brick and wood with a hard wearing, non-porous, flexible plastic coating. Application onto damp surfaces will prevent full penetration of the product into the surface and will also prolong drying time. Our paint can also be used as a damp proofing primer/ sealer prior to over-painting or can be left as a finish in its own right.

If it’s only a small damp patch, paint at least 30cm around the area so the damp won’t creep elsewhere. Remove any wallpaper with a scraper or, if the wall is painted, sand off any loose or flaking paint.
