The second edition of the G7 now has a subtle grip on the front of the camera, which should make it easier to hold the 320 g camera. Canon hasn't revealed the manufacturer of the image sensor used in the PowerShot G7X digital camera, but we note with interest that its specifications look a whole lot like the Sony-manufactured silicon used in the competing RX100 II and III.
