I really appreciate that she understands how busy life is and has offered recipes that are virtually "hands off" -- the tagline for the book after all is "simple dishes that look after themselves.Very good but the spice mix makes 2Tb and mention is only made of 1Tb but not what to do with the other.

A little spicy, a touch cool, sweet and mellow this recipe is bold on flavour with minimal ingredients.Actually I have many, but most of my friends know about this one; I don’t like fruit with savoury dishes. We love Diana Henry’s style– don’t stress out too much about how it looks, just make sure it’s delicious.
