The adventure decks, each aligned with a dungeon board, provide everything the DM needs for the turn. During the game your merry band of misfits, or heroes, will make their way through all four areas before reaching the final boss. At the start of each turn, players decide individually if their hero will advance to the next core space or move off to a monster space. Rotating the DM does help with this, however, and there are enough story cards in the deck to vary the scenarios enough to keep players interested.
