To link in with our new Doctor Who exhibition ‘ADVENTURES IN TIME AND SPACE – 60 YEARS OF DOCTOR WHO ART’ ( to find out more about that just head here), we’re asking our community to join us in with some Doctor Who inspired knitting ( to find out more about that just head here). Made with a tighter knit than previously seen, this version of this iconic scarf will sit perfectly in even the most trendy of time traveller's wardrobes! I can normally wear women's XL or 2XL depending on cut, and the 2XL fit just great (XL is a bit too snug). Whether it's scarves or bags, our commitment ensures that fans can capture the spirit of the show accurately.
However, through the years yarns have changed so that you could probably use Red Heart or Vanna’s Choice (which will be considerably cheaper) to make the scarf. Matching to coated Pantone chips is probably better due to the reflectivity and depth of color that yarn exhibits. Instead they ended up on the planet Zeta Minor ( Planet of Evil), located at the far edge of the known universe. The pattern and colouration varied from season to season, as did the overall length of the scarf, which, at one point reached a maximum length of 24 feet.
