The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 20 Running shoes are aimed at runners with medium and low arches whose weight does not exceed 80 kilos. Their current persona has a very neutral guise, so it makes sense to compare the 20 with similar products. Brooks does a great job of cobbling together dependable (but rather bland) running shoes, and that road eventually leads to durable products. I´m a little heavy and on my 47 years old so all i like is a slow long run enjoying myself and not getting injured by soft or minimalistic racing shoes. The heel has a hard internal counter, so the Guiderail doesn’t add value other than visual symmetry.There is a more adaptable fit in the upper, thanks to the 3D Stretch Print, for a seamless and custom made feel that will have you thinking the shoe has been made for you personally. The decorations seen in the GTS 19 have been left out of the new version to keep the upper flexible and to provide the foot with more freedom of movement.

This will concentrate the force of the impact toward the outside area of the forefoot leading to some runners that supinate experiencing foot pain or even stress fractures as a result. Neither is it soft; even with the recent weight reduction, the Adrenaline still tips the scale at over 10-ounces.
