The following is the link to the guided Meditations for Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself Book by Dr Joe. So, are we to spend the 2 hours every day, or are the chapters self- contained and each meditation 35 minutes?

And annoyingly, as it is typical of audible, instead of naming what each chapter pertains to they are just numbered adding to the confusion, meaning you have to listen to the whole chapter to know what it’s about. Joe Dispenza is a four-week companion meditation program to his book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. The teachings in his books are enough on their own, they would still be just as fantastic without their quantum science explanation.The meditations are a commitment in terms of time but they are certainly working for me, Dr Joe has a powerful meditation voice and the background music is stimulating to get into a deep meditative state. Dispenza tries to break them into manageable sections with a "bell" sound (which is a hilarious short sounding ring that goes like "donk" instead of the drawn out, relaxing "riiiiiiiing" that I'm used to hearing on meditation CDs) but once I was in the middle of the track, I found myself reluctant to turn it off so I just went through the whole meditation in one sitting. I loved this book and would have finished it earlier but slowed down to learn and practice the meditations. Joe, you are altering your brain so that you enter into the operating system of your subconscious mind - where unwanted habits and programs exist. Joe has personally trained and certified a group of more than 70 corporate trainers who teach his model of transformation to companies around the world.

Take four weeks to complete seven steps: Induction, Recognizing, Admitting and Declaring, Surrendering, Observing and reminding, Redirecting, and Creating and rehearsing. Once you break the habit of being yourself and truly change your mind, your life will never be the same!My body is more at peace, I recognize the thoughts that are a part of my negative programming and I always get myself back on track. There's a few good ideas for meditation practices, somewhere in there, but so much of this book is fluff and nonsense.
