NSFX's four channels have dedicated premium-quality volume faders, a three-band EQ with complete kills, and large rotary high pass/low pass filter knobs. A huge selling point is simply that the microphone output is sent through the USB so those watching a live stream can hear your shout outs.

There are physical buttons for pitch bending, key lock, and controlling the tempo range of the pitch slider. The Numark NS4FX enables DJs to mix songs, samples, loops, and more from up to four DJ software decks at once with complete audio control over four separate channels.

Other popular DJ software applications, such as Virtual DJ and Algorridim djay Pro AI, are also compatible with the NS4 controller. The only drawback I see with this arrangement is that you cannot have different effects on multiple decks simultaneously. There is a key lock, although if you want to shift key, apart from using Pitch Play you’d be doing so with the mouse on the software screen, and also while we’re talking about “missing” hardware controls, there’s no sampler volume on the unit or slip button – again, you can trigger these on the screen with the mouse though. This unrivalled versatility is ideal for generating creative mixes via Livestream, creating thrilling buildups in the club, and pre-planning many tracks for future gigs and events. The 16 Performance pads offer limitless mixing possibilities with selectable pad modes including Cue, Auto Loop, Fader Cuts, and Sampler (additional pad modes can be unlocked with Serato DJ Pro).

There are dedicated buttons for Echo and Reverb, but I'm just wondering if other effects could be used with this buttons.Since the NS4FX is fully mapped and ready for Serato DJ Pro, DJs can upgrade to a full-featured 4-channel mixing experience whenever they’d like!
