i just wanted to slap both Sebastian Garcia (H) and April Bennett (h) with my slippers the whole entire time and i'm not even exaggerating. The heroine thankfully wasn’t a doormat, but it got to a point where the hero was annoying and a whiny baby. I really loved all the scenes with Spence and Julian- great seeing them back together messing with each other and gossiping like school girls. Early on, the story features a massive misunderstanding that causes Sebastian and April to break up.

Sebastian was visiting the brothel a lot and April dated a lot and had a fwb with Duke (OM) for 4 years. can we talk about how unlikeable, at least for me, Seb, Spencer and Julian are when they're having their bro moments? she always makes excuses for his hurtful words and hurtful actions, and reprimand herself for telling him he was wrong. When a misunderstanding happens, she is thrown out of Sebastian's life and she moves to another city.and as for the ex-wife drama that happened at the last 10ish% of the book, Seb was drugged one night and didnt remember anything. Above all, he prides himself on a friendly, approachable and patient focused philosophy in his interaction with all his patients. Masters, but i'm glad i didn't read spencers book either because he was so gross here as a side character. I absolutely loved everything about this book, the characters were so likeable, the narration was amazing and the story was captivating. first of all, can we just take a moment and acknowledge the fact that she really said this about Sebastian: "He looks like he may be European or something. Elena Wolfe and Shane East are amazing and have that addictive quality that I can listen to them together non-stop.One scene I can’t stop thinking about is when Seb walks into Bart’s hotel room after he has been DRUGGED and his first thoughts when he sees the 2 escorts is “She’s naked and she has a killer body. It takes awhile for them to find their way back to each other and admit that they have something special. I did love Mr Garcia BUT no one as yet can replace that little spot in my heart that Dr Stanton and Mr Spencer have camped out in for the past few years.
