The General Wine Company sources wines from all over the world, but with a particular focus on small, independent producers. Your items will be delivered in a single package and will be determined by the longest lead time of all the items in your bag. Distilled at low proofs, this bourbon retains rich flavour and complex depth during its three-year maturation in classic charred oak casks. To make, mix 1 teaspoon of brown sugar with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of water, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

The S stands for Samuels and the IV to signify the number four in roman numerals, as Bill was a fourth-generation distiller. Never bitter or sharp, Maker's Mark ® is made with soft red winter wheat, instead of the usual rye, for a one-of-a-kind, full-flavored bourbon that's easy to drink. Rather than the traditional Rye, we use yellow corn and red winter wheat from specially selected small-farm cooperatives, all of which are located within the limestone geology near the distillery.
