It's relatively easy to install (did it by myself), it works just as advertised, and I see no reason fo think it won't last for years. Unfortunately JET Rack® isn't compatible with telescopic ladders, triple extension ladders or henchman ladders. The bottom of the ladder rode down a shelf - then just give it a twist up to the bracket and press it into the other one - and a short bungee to hold it secure.

To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. But also - I drilled a hole for a thumb-screw bolt to hold one of my old ladder brackets in the same position as my previous set up - but now I just slide the ladder down the rail on my 'interior' rack, and bungee it to the ceiling the same way. The weakest point would be the bands that keep the brackets that hold the ladder taut but, even those are stout. The JET Rack step ladder storage system mechanism is then mounted to the Unistrut™ to complete the installation, usually in about 30 minutes. The one up front was loose enough for me to get the top of the 6' ladder into it easily then I used a second bungee to hold it tight to the ceiling by the feet.The strut acts as the rail for JET Rack® to run along, so will need to be cut to size for the van and/or ladders being used. I do a lot of work in businesses that have marble or tile floors while they're own for business and can't take a wet ladder inside so i have to have my ladders inside my vehicle.
