The middle part of the film was alright, it had good acting and it set up everything for the finale, but to be honest, the beginning and the end were great, very well done, and I felt like the middle portion was alright, but my mind wondered some and I just felt like there wasn't enough substance to the middle part of the movie.
Production for this adaption of IT has been ongoing since 2009 and has gone through two major phases of planning; initially with Cary Fukunaga directing from 2009 to 2015 and since 2015 with Andrés Muschietti.
