Spoon over seasoned hash browns into greased muffin pans and bake them in a preheated 350 F oven for 30 to 40 mins depending on the size of your hash brown bits and then broil on high (500-550 F) for 2 minutes or until the tops have turned light golden brown. However, if you want to reheat an entire batch, place them on a baking sheet and heat on 350°F (177°C) until warmed through, approximately 15 minutes. Rinse to remove starch if you want to do so, then squeeze to remove excess water as much as you can.

What’s even better is that you can make a batch up and freeze them for those mornings when you don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. A good way to tell if the egg is cooked fully is to insert a toothpick into the center of the egg bite. Transfer the cheesy hash brown bites to a serving platter, and garnish it with chopped green onions. Start by adding the uncooked ground sausage and softened cream cheese in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment or in a large mixing bowl. You get that same crunch of the crispy rice but then you get the fluffy saltiness of the potato that pairs so well with the creamy avocado and spicy tuna.I decided to skip the hassle of shredding/grating our own potatoes and used Simply Potatoes Hash browns for my loaded potato bites.
