About this deal

The TSKB-26 was actually a proof-of-concept, featuring a largely wooden fuselage, and made its first flight in the summer of 1935. The take-off run was 1,148 to 1,312 ft (350 to 400m) and the maximum overloaded weight had risen to 21,375 lb (9,696kg). The bomb bay was designed to carry ten 100 kg (220 lb) FAB-100 bombs, but heavier bombs could be accommodated on external bomb racks up to a total of 2,500 kg (5,500 lb) on short-range missions. Girling disc brakes were fitted as standard to the front wheels of all Mk III Astons after the first 100 had been made. From 1938 the bomber's speed was increased by the installation of M-87As and the use of VlSh-3 variable-pitch propellers instead of fixed-pitch units, which meant that engine power was used to best advantage during different phases of flight.

Line up with the airstrip when it occupies around 1/3 of your windscreen and descent to treetop level. It is a brilliant base / airfield-bombing plane with a maximum bombload of 1x 1,000 kg + 2x 500 kg bombs, allowing it to easily finish a base or cripple airfield modules in one run. During 1938-39 the Tumansky M-87A engine was introduced on the production line in a gradual transition as were VISh-3 variable-pitch propellers. Compared to the TSKB-26, it had an all-metal structure, extended nose, sliding cockpit canopy, fixed windshield, improved engine fairing and more.

The DB-3 also had good single-engine capabilities, and at a normal flying weight of 15,432 lb (7,000kg) could climb and turn in both directions on one engine. Maintenance - After each use, your DiveAlert should be pressurized and rinsed with fresh water with the rest of your gear.

The prototype TSKB-30 was demonstrated over Moscow's Red Square on May 1, 1936, performing a 360-degree somersault with test pilot Kirkinarsky at the controls, impressing Stalin and accelerating production. It went on to set six world records in its class, generally in payloads to height and speed over a 5,000 km (3,100 mi) closed circuit. All of this elevated the combat capabilities of Soviet long range aviation, based at that time on different variants of the DB-3, which was constantly being improved. At a flying weight of 15,873 to 17,195 lb (7,200 to 7,800kg) their sea level speeds were equal to 265 to 270mph (428 to 436km/h) at a critical altitude of 16,300ft (4,960m). The Moskva's long distance flights greatly influenced the development of the DB-3's airframe, engines and equipment. The ␗DB-3A(known as 德勃-3轟炸機 in Chinese) represented the 24/30 DB-3 bombers aided to China in June 1939 alongside with other Soviet bombers like SB; the aircraft was perhaps more well-known to Chinese during major bombing runs on Japanese-occupied Wuhan Wangjiadun (王家墩) airfield which the bombers scored more than 100 aircrafts and hundreds of Japanese aircrews in September and October 1939. The Ilyushin DB-3, where 'DB' stands for Dalniy Bombardirovschik (Russian: Дальний бомбардировщик) meaning 'long-range bomber', was a Soviet bomber aircraft of World War II. Ilyushin was able to salvage the work and time invested in the BB-2's design by recasting it as a long-range bomber, again competing against a Tupolev design, the DB-2, to meet the stringent requirements of an aircraft capable of delivering a 1,000 kg (2,200 lb) bombload to a range of 3,000 km (1,900 mi) at a maximum speed no less than 350 km/h (220 mph).
