The brushes still rotate and the wash process seems to be working but the things sounds like its about to self-destruct. The machine itself seems to use just the right amount of water and detergent whilst in the forward mode, and it sucks up the dirty water very well, the dry only function, although fiddly works very well indeed.The only bugbear is the suction 'blade' at the front of the machine - despite careful hoovering beforehand it still traps fluff picked up during the cleaning process, and this is very difficult to remove when cleaning up the machine afterwards.
