About this deal

My book was bent from the corners and it looks like the seller sent it already damaged because it was very well wrapped and didn't look like it would have been damaged during transit. The A-Z of Islamic words and concepts, with concise, engaging and child-friendly explanations, accompanied by vibrant illustrations. Also he created children's books for Rovio (Angry Birds Movie), Sweet Apple Publishers (London), and others.

Good book I would say for children 5 years plus it is better, but even for the slightly younger it is informing they might just find it hard to follow. A delightful question and answer session after each story is also unique in its style, depicted as a conversation between the two lovable characters. She has released lots of picture books with the independent publisher Sweet Apple Publishers, but Planet Omar is the first time she’s written for older readers. For so many years people have created books that children cannot relate to and struggle to understand but this book is easy for children to understand and it's so beautiful.I can go on and on but long story short, I've been looking for a good book about the prophets for pre-K kids for a while and while I've come across several, this one is by far the BEST. If you’re lucky, she will allow you to see some of her writing, which she has kept safe for over twenty five years!

This delightful hardback book contains vibrantly illustrated stories of the prophets, from Adam (a) to Muhammad (s). This popular go-to resource is a family Islamic parenting tool that will ensure your child is immersed, learning some of the basic concepts in Islam. It is very child friendly, the author have simplified it and made it entertaining however, without missing out the main points of each story. Do you feel frustrated because each year, the Hajj passes by without your child truly appreciating the blessings of this season?Zanib Mian was a science teacher before launching a small independent publisher, Muslim Children’s Books. Vibrant illustrations decorate every section, and we see more of the light-hearted, humorous dialogue between Migo and Ali, which is what these characters are renowned for! The kids will find it easy to understand and will find Islamic words or concepts explained in simple, loving, child-friendly language. Pharaoh is used, Children of Israel is used; whereas I'd used 'Firown' and 'Bani Israel' etc, so find myself having to change the words read as I read them out loud. If you have a young independent reader, I would suggest reading the book and discussing it with them as they read it - as you won't be able to edit things that may be difficult for them to understand at their age.

Islamic Children’s Book about loving the prophet(pbuh) This delightful hardback book contains vibrantly illustrated stories of the prophets, from Adam (as) to Muhammad (saw). Overall though, it's a great book and really effective in introducing children to the lives of the Prophets. Planet Omar was first released under the title The Muslims, and won the Little Rebels Award 2018, as well as being shortlisted for the UKLA Award and nominated for the CILIP Carnegie Medal. My mom is here and she always tell bedtime stories of prophets to my lil one and she loves hearing them again and again….It's also very colourful and written in a kids friendly style, plus for every story there is a question time which is very nice, and my 7 yrs old loves all the silly nicknames Migo gives Ali during question time! Presented as a large hardback book with 164 full-colour pages, the story follows the two loveable characters Migo the bear and a young boy named Ali. My favourite part is the question and answer, that sets the book apart and I think also makes it non-preachy. I find islamic books for kids aren't always child friendly as intended; the vocabulary and sentence structure are often for older children/teens while being aimed at young children.
