About this deal

They say it has a very nice flavour and is a good addition to home cooked meals or a great chilli sauce with plenty of heat. It adds a whole new dimension of flavor to my meals, turning even the simplest dishes into exciting culinary adventures. Still in all caps but this time black to contrast the white, three red chillies seperating the words on each side. By the 2nd sandwich, my nose started playing up, my eyes were watering, my mouth was lightly throbbing, and I could feel the burn in my throat. I think I understand a lot of the negative comments to this sauce, and I put it down to them not using it properly.

The main two ingredients are chillies and tomato purée and Dave has even added xanthan gum to thicken it, though I suspect that was more to keep it from separating completely. The hottest I have on hand is Melinda's Naga Jolokia, which is about as hot as I want, but it's very tasty.Please always read the labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product before using or consuming a product. It never has your mouth in agony, and doesn’t really bite, but wow it gives you such a Nivana like state for a good ten minutes after your food is finished. Ingredients Carolina Reaper Peppers, Water, Salt, Cane Vinegar, Hot Pepper Extract, Acetic Acid, Garlic, Xanthan Gum.

Which is crazy, considering the ghost is almost three times the strength of the hottest pepper of Dave's day. What makes this sauce tasty is the combination of chilies with onions, tomato paste and some garlic. I found that over time the severity of this sauce lessened as I got used to it, but I still only use a little at a time with pizzas, curries and many other dishes.Dave’s Insanity Sauce is absolutely the best- use with caution though, tried on pizza once and probably drank an entire gallon of milk before I cooled off. This is Dave's very first hot sauce and also the only one banned from the National Fiery Food Show for being too hot!
