Study AG10‐001 was a 2‐part, randomized, double‐blind, placebo‐controlled first‐in‐human study of AG10 in healthy adult volunteers. Following a 2‐week washout, subjects in the 300‐mg cohort were administered a second 300‐mg single dose following a high‐fat breakfast.
