In one evening I got to page 43 for someone who doesn't enjoy reading I clearly couldn't put this one down, I can't actually wait to get in bed tonight and read more of his never before spoken truer words. Every time I talked differently or behaved differently, I was essentially telling my subconscious mind that the “real Adam” wasn’t good enough.

Few people ever place a hashtag on a piece of digital content they produce with the intention of starting a global movement. We sat down with Adam to talk about his upcoming book “ Savage Wisdom”, the hashtag behind it, and the global following that inspired it. What I love is that this book soon removes the burden of guilt, shame and anger; it somehow manages to shut down the repeated time wasted pondering over lost loves, and failed friendships/family relationships.

Right from the start its so gripping, making you question your ways of thinking, your behaviours and most importantly how you view yourself and the world. I felt as though I was finally stepping into my power, and that is essentially the core message of Savage Wisdom; to accept yourself for who you are, and be unapologetic in your approach to life. I love Adam’s online content but most of that is already in this book, I think the journal points at the end of the book are great so I’m looking forward forward to using those. I was gonna leave a before and after I’ve read review because just the blurb made me laugh out loud.So I dedicated every spare moment to studying and every spare penny to investing in mentors, courses, and books. blah blah had left me rediscovering myself and healing from past traumas and crikey (yeah that's a word we don't use anymore but I'm trying to be polite) was I fed up with the pity party advice,quotes and inspirational poop that just kept the mind on a negative plane.

As the popularity of Savage Wisdom grew, I dedicated an entire collection for my brand, Just Aura, to the name. I find myself endlessly scrolling though pointless Instagram videos at 3am to distract myself and who should slap me in the face with the words "if people keep treating you like shhhh, and you keep allowing it. It really opened my eyes to what I had been found a lot and after reading it I found myself questioning the ‘why’s’. If you’re easily offended or have really thin skin, our tribe probably just isn’t the place for you.We don’t share your credit card details with third-party sellers, and we don’t sell your information to others. My favourite piece is’ the more you walk away from things that clutter your head, hurt your heart,and drain your vibe….
