About this deal

The risk of being generic is that you can encounter this smell from a variety of places, including toilet bowls. Before the alcohol dries away, I get gin, but that kinda doesn’t count, immediately after it dries away I’m hit in the face with citrus, lemon and orange, very bright, with a tinge of green neroli. Top notes are Lemon, Bergamot, Orange Oil, Basil and Peach; middle notes are Jasmine, Lily, Bulgarian Rose, Cyclamen and Melon; base notes are Oakmoss, Tahitian Vetiver, Cedar, Patchouli, Musk and Sandalwood. The first fragrance in history, eau de cologne 4711 created in 1792, iconic, historical, one of a kind. It definitely lasts longer than a few minutes though and I can still detect it 6-7 hours later if I wet my skin.

Muelhens design house launched 4711 Original in 1792 as a citrus aromatic fragrance for men or women.this is definitely a classic and a must have for collectors in their archive ( but it isn't a necessity hehe, did I just contradict myself? I know 4711 was lauched before, but many perfume reviewers stress that JMF's is the first EDC just because it was. To put it another way, you could get in a lift with other people straight after applying it and they'd definitely all still be conscious when the doors re-opened!

You just need to realize that it is not a cologne meant for others; it is a 'me' cologne that is meant for you to enjoy.Fairly sure I could upend the whole bottle over my head and be pretty well inoffensive by the time I left the house. First sniff took me back to when I was 6 year old in Turkey with my parents on holiday, we had traditional kebab and they pour lemony liquid on your hands to clean with.

This is a fragrance I purchased only because I started collecting and feel like every collector should own a bottle of what is arguably the oldest mass produced fragrance in history. is a nice substitute and much more affordable by comparison, but if you’re looking for something stronger, richer, and lasts longer, then consider Colonia.Original Eau de Cologne, launched in 1792, is apparently the cologne of all colognes - it's the one that started it all. It's the sort of scent you could easily splash on at work in the middle of the afternoon to freshen yourself up without receiving any negative comments. There are many possible applications: dabbed on the forehead, temples, the crooks of the arms, or the wrists; a couple of drops dispersed in water, sprinkled on the pillow, or simply rubbed into the body. Being now in Germany, of course, I couldn't stop adding to my collection, again because I already had it in the past, a bottle of this cologne.
