About this deal

For those of you short on space that don't mind a smaller fuel tank or for anybody wanting to do as little DIY as possible this heater is a good choice. I was considering getting a Kerosene bunded tank but the cost of it and the savings means it is probably not worth the effort. This means the physical size of the heater is the same size as a 5KW heater with 75mm ducting so is not great for anybody wanting to fit in under a van in the factory position on T5/T6 transporters or anybody that is tight on space.

I have had one in my motorhome for quite a few years, the only advice i will give is think about the tank and pumps position - mine is in the 'garage' with the heater further up the motohome in another locker with blowair tubes up coming out at the bottom of the kitchen unit one facing front and the other rear.I will also have Truma gas/electric heating in the vehicle but think the additional diesel version may be good.

I work away and stay in the van monday to friday and in that cold spell recently the heater was on a low temp setting and it was a cosy 24 degrees C in the morning when it was -5'C on the dash. D of your hose) push on barb straight adapter, male to male union for adapting from NPT to barb, allows easy connection of your hose to NPT fittings. Here is a diesel heater sound comparison between a Chinese Eberspacher/Planar copy at minimum power, a Planar diesel heater running at medium power and a new Eberspacher D2 running at minimum power. Depends on the output you set it at, but in a T25 they only normally have to run on low which uses about 0. The heater’s maximum power output is 2 kW and it is capable of heating up 86 m3 space hourly, and maintaining your desired temperature. So what you will find when looking for a 2KW heater is that there are a lot of heaters advertised as 2KW but as you probe a little bit deeper you will find that they are actually 2KW-5KW.

The Autoterm 2kw diesel heater, made in the EU, combines the lower cost of the ‘Chinese’ diesel heaters, with the reliability and warranty backing of the more expensive Eberspacher/Webasto heaters. Simply put this heater is on a par with the other top end made Diesel Air Heaters in terms of quality and efficiency (in fact a little better). I've installed the heater under the drivers seat in my vivaro camper its a bit bigger than i expected but managed to fit it in the seat base frame after cutting some excess metal so it blows into the back.Compatible for Motorhomes, Campervans, Caravans (also known as Travel Trailers and Camper Trailers), Fifth-wheel Trailers, Popup Campers and Truck Campers, Small Truck, Big Truck, Light Truck, Heavy Truck, Pickup, Van,Bus,Car,SUV, Boat, Forklift, Electric Tricycle, Engineering Vehicle, Yacht and so on. This can be brought out under the seat and ducted to come out from a panel on the rear of the seat, just rear of the seat on the floor, just behind the seat on the floor or closer towards the B-Post pillar with a flat vent that is supplied with the heater. to 2kw (so it works constantly at an appropriate output, and does not cut in and out through the night). I was looking at a 5kw but actually our heater is only 2kw as it is and more often than not is only on 1kw. The major advantage of this positioning is that it doesn’t use any of your valuable space internally and is nicely out of the way.
