The “take that” nature of the game — even though it’s light — probably won’t go over well with them. For instance, do you play a pair of assets from your hand, or use that pair to have two chances to steal somebody else's assets? This is a very simple take that game which will either be a hit with your gaming group or fall flat. Each time a new pair is placed down, it’s stacked perpendicular to the previous asset cards in their personal pile. You may do the same thing as Make a Pair – Hand, but you may use the top card of the discard pile, instead.

This now becomes a larger, much more valuable stack of assets that gets placed upon the winner’s pile. Note: wild cards are always played under a stack — you must have some other asset paired with them to play them. The first several times playing, I would try to save these valuable wild cards to help in my battles to protect or steal, but most often I lost them (that turn or the next player’s turn or the next).While kids younger than 8 would be able to make matching pairs of cards in their hand and find matches among other players’ assets, they’re not going to like being stolen from. When you attempt to steal an asset from another player you place an asset matching the set you want to steal (or a wild) in front of the player you are challenging. The challenged player may defend their assets by showing either a matching card or a wild from their hand. You can get all of your stuff stolen by other players without much of a way to defend yourself, so if everyone decides that you’re losing this round, you’re most likely losing this round.

The player challenging must now either show another matching card or a wild (if they want) to continue the challenge.Gloating, smugness, and cheeky smirks abound in this fast paced, crazy fun game that will have players battling, laughing, jaws dropping, and fist pumping their way to financial success. Regardless of who wins, ALL the cards used in the challenge are added to the set, increasing its value and allure to other players. This is because any assets at the top of your pile are likely to be attacked by the other players and could be stolen.

If you have two matching assets, or any asset and a wild card (Gold or Silver), you may play them face-up in your asset stack.

Once you have at least one set of assets in your stack, you may attempt to steal assets from any player with two sets of assets in their stack.Once the last card has been played, players add up the total face value of their cards and mark it on a sheet.
