Our range of Bottle Labelling Machines includes Electronic Cams for “Special Label Orientation” and enhanced flexibility to add new shapes of bottles and labels. The Dual push and pull label transport mechanism ensures the perfect placement and adherence of the label to the product every-time. ACM2 applies the body and counter-label on cylindrical bottles and jars having a diameter from 64 mm.Our labelling machines give your product shelf appeal by allowing you to attach a professional looking label that is consistently accurate, to make sure that your product looks its best at the point of sale. HERMA labelling machines process all standard labels for cosmetics products with complete reliability, including more unusual designs such as sandwich labels, 3D labels, luminescent labels and RFID labels as well as labels made from recycled materials. You can apply a label to the top, bottom, or sides of containers of any shape whether that’s oval, square, rectangular, flat or round.

The Bottle-matic 10II is a 10" machine and can apply both front and rear labels to the cylinder with a diameter of 5" to 8" the Bottle-matic is the ideal machine for any cylindrical labelling needs from bottles and jars to cans and packaging tubes.The LAB01 manual bottle label applicator applies labels to bottles, cans and other cylindrical objects from the diameter of a small 250ml bottle to a large container. Applicators or motorized web unwinders, in the automatic standard configuration, allow for minimal downtime between web changes, and a wet glue station with a stationary label magazine can be refilled while the machine is in operation. However, especially for rotary machines, HERMA also offers components that can be used for wet glue labelling.
