The distillery is part of the Kinrara Estate, which means the team have access to a variety of local botanicals that grow wild on the estate plus an abundance of fresh water direct from the estate. This juniper led dry gin is infused with hibiscus flowers and sweet orange peel to give a luxurious deep pink hue and added floral flavour. The selection of botanicals includes rowan berries and rosehips, giving it a particulatly fruity flavour profile.

If you look closely, Struan is illustrated through the botanicals featured in the gin orange, lemon, coriander and angelica. The team at Kinrara Distillery prides itself on creating a handcrafted small batch spirit using their direct-fired stills that were hand made for the distillery in Portugal.
