The 12 botanicals create a smooth, refined gin with an extraordinarily soft and refreshing taste that can be enjoyed neat, long, or enhanced with a few basil leaves and ice. This gin is the result of the passion for all things Provence and is created using skills and knowledge that extend from a 100 year old distillery in the heart of Provence to the busy gin bars of London, the home of modern craft gin.

To bring in the fruity element there is pink grapefruit (which helps lend the color) as well as aniseed and mint. The 12 botanicals eventually blend in a very smooth, refined gin with an extraordinary refreshing power. Produced at a family-run distillery in Forcalquiers, they used their wine knowledge to create a beautiful rosy gin.One of the better and more serious examples of a "pink gin" with pleasing citrus and floral notes, but these are somewhat dominated by peppery spice (grains of paradise, pink peppercorns and cardamom). Botanicals: Maniguette, Coriander, Cardamon, Iris Root, Juniper, Pink Pepper, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Basil, Pink Grapefruit, Mint and Thyme Hand crated in small batches.
