Just when we thought the CC cream pandemonium was over, Bourjois bring out a stonkingly good version of their own. The actual cream has a lovely satin feel to it, and it feels more like a foundation than using a tinted moisturiser which I prefer.

The texture is a thick cream (reminds me of Laura Mercier Crème Smooth) and applies well with fingers or a brush.

I would definitely recommend this product if you’re going on holiday any time soon and don’t want a heavy, full foundation in the heat!

So citric acid is an exfoliant, that can - just like other AHAs - gently lift off the dead skin cells of your skin and make it more smooth and fresh. Apply Bourjois 123 Perfect CC Cream onto the center of your face and blend outwards towards the jawline. You can see every pimple mark, pore and mole and my bare, spotty skin peeking through, especially on the chin and left cheek. It’s definitely a smart thing to avoid with sensitive skin (and fragrance of any type - natural is just as allergic as synthetic, if not worse! Up until last year I was very dubious about the whole BB/CC cream situation but using Dr Jart BB Cream and the Clinique CC Cream ( review here) opened my eyes to the wonders of the new products.
