Prior to Version 1.2.0 of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Hisuian Zorua's base stats were the same as Unovan Zorua's. This change was undone when Hisuian Zorua became available in those games. Similar occurences happened to Hisuian Zoroark and Kleavor.

Zorua sometimes transforms into a person and goes into cities to search for food. When Zorua does this, it usually takes on the form of a child.Kit foxes have multiple den areas and will move from den to den in different parts of the year. They are monogamous and mate for life.
