Draft Boosters only contain non-foil retro frame basic lands, and Collector Boosters only contain traditional foil retro frame basic lands. Each Collector Booster contains 15 Magic: The Gathering cards and 1 Traditional Foil double-sided token, with a combination of 3-4 cards of rarity Rare or higher and 2-6 Uncommon, 5-9 Common, and 1 foil Retro Land cards. It’s also well-timed considering the Dominaria United storyline will be near its completion by this set’s release. There is literally no reason why masters sets are more expensive than standard sets as far as the work put into designing and artworks is concerned. A collector booster of Dominaria Remastered contains 16 Magic: the Gathering cards of which at least: Legendary creatures from the main set will also likely be nearly worthless due to the number of bling variants (normal, stained-glass, textured stained-glass) and the huge number of them present in Collector Boosters.
