Pocketful of Stones- 'We’ve taken our Caspyn Cornish Dry and infused it with fresh English cucumbers.Vanilla was added to the base of the recipe to give a well rounded mouthfeel and perceived sweetness , coupled with sea buckthorn for a tart, fresh fruit finish. This distinctive gin offers a savoury profile with hints of citrus and spice, making it a standout choice for those looking to explore unconventional gin flavours. Dr Squid Gin works perfectly with a Fever-Tree Indian or Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a garnish of citrus and rosemary. I ended up with a puddle of gin round the top which would have been wasted if I hadn't had the presence of mind to slurp it out. This distillery was born when a group of friends and experienced bar tenders from central London decided to pool their knowledge, move to the Southwest and start a distillery.
