The final beer in the list is a brand new beer from our amazing team of fermentationlists at the BrewDog OverWorks. A Scottish Sour Ale fermented with gooseberry and infused with elderflower before being aged in an ex-Barolo foeder from Emilia Romagna, this beer is incredible and used two different kinds of gooseberries (tart green and sweeter red) to grow the flavour and character to new heights.

is a hibiscus and lime sour aged in Rioja barrels, leading with a delicate, tannic base from the wood. When refermented with hibiscus flowers and lime zest it springs to life with floral and citrus aromas, with the OverWorks signature funky, complex flavour running to a bone dry finish. From today, each day until the 12th of December, every UK BrewDog Bar will be pouring an exclusive, rare or brand new beer in our epic 12 Beers of Christmas. Also launching online today (and in our bars tomorrow, December 2nd) is our brand new 8.2% ABV Mexican Hot Chocolate Imperial Stout, Choco Libre. This beer is colossal and comes ready to roll with seven different malts playing off against the addition of cocoa nibs, cinnamon, chili, coffee and vanilla for a rich, full-bodied winter warmer from the Americas.
