From then on the rest of the 3 in 1 volume has mostly stories of Ichigo hallow haunting and taking down big bads for people. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. I decided to start from the beginning instead where I left off years ago because I want to refresh myself on what happened since I probably forgot some things and because I just want to experience this series again.

Grade C = Slightly more "loved", possible loose pages, but still complete enough to display or collect.

When his family is attacked by a Hollow-a malevolent lost soul-Ichigo becomes a Soul Reaper, dedicating his life to protecting the innocent and helping the tortured spirits themselves find peace. May have some underlining and highlighting of text and some writing in the margins, but there are no missing pages or anything else that would compromise the readability or legibility of the text. At the moment of typing this review I have 1-12 volumes of this series in the 3-in-1 bundle volume editions.

The action art was cool, the plotting/world buidling initially was great but then became a little stale for me. Now a full-fledged Soul Reaper himself, Ichigo quickly learns that the world he inhabits is one full of dangerous spirits, and along with Rukia—who is slowly regaining her powers—it's Ichigo's job to protect the innocent from Hollows and help the spirits themselves find peace. I have no idea what Bleach was all about until I read the first volume and it was kind of interesting. If you haven't read Bleach, this is actually a story about a young high school boy named Ichigo Kurosaki, also known as 'Strawberry' due to his natural orange hair color who can see ghosts.

As teased in Part Two, we'll see more of some familiar faces, including the Vizards and Yoruichi Shihouin, who has been largely absent from the first 26 episodes. Humorous when it needs to be and in all the right places, amazingly dramatic and exciting, poignant and beautiful and sad too. And Soul Reapers who would normally wouldn’t have anything to do with each other now fight side by side as Kenpachi and Mayuri take on a truly monstrous Quincy.

Recommend for all manga readers of appropriate age (it does get pretty violent at times) and anyone trying to dip their toes into these kinds of books.
