The best usages for these would be to listen to music while sitting still at a desk but given that there are much better and less expensive wired earphones, I'm not sure what benefit one gets other than having a not so great bluetooth receiver to pair with your favorite set of wired earphones. We do recommend experimenting a little with the included accessories though — which will help make sure you find the right fit for your ears. It helps that it comes with 2 different sizes of fins and ear buds the small works the best for my ears and they dont fall out and I love that.
