In the United Kingdom and Ireland, the One Piece anime is released on DVD and Blu-ray by Crunchyroll Limited. As of 2022, Crunchyroll has released the first 719 episodes of the TV series and thirteen of the movies on home video. The TV series has only been released on DVD in the UK, whereas later North American releases were bundled with Blu-ray discs.

Starting with Episode 575 (Z's Ambition and Season 16), the "pieces" were also released on Blu-ray in High Definition. The TV series has been released by Avex Group, the first nine movies were released by Toei Video and Movies 10 onward have been released by Pony Canyon. The movies previously released in America contain the English dub and original Japanese versions, whereas the others contain only Japanese audio. These releases split the series differently to the Seasons and skip some episodes that weren't directly based on manga chapters.The movies and specials have been released on DVD, Blu-ray Disc and Ultraviolet (UV), either individually or as combo packs containing multiple formats. Some reviews criticized the earlier DVDs' video quality for including noticeable compression artifacts such as macroblocking, although these problems were noted to be less apparent in later volumes, particularly once the DVDs started using HD masters. The 'In The Booth with Brina Palencia' special feature, which was advertised but not included with the US release of Season Five: Voyage Four, is included in Collection Thirteen.

The TV series is divided into "Seasons" for home video and initially released as single disc "Pieces" containing 2-5 episodes; the first DVD was released on February 21, 2001 and contained four episodes. The first 206 episodes were originally produced in 4:3 "Fullscreen" and episodes 207 onward were produced in 16:9 "widescreen", however some releases crop episodes from their original aspect ratio.

This is the first English Dubbed material released by Funimation involving the post timeskip Straw Hats. The Pieces were released simultaneously on VHS and DVD during the first three seasons, [1] and rental VHS versions continued to be released until the end of season eight. Uniquely, the DVD release contains both the English and Japanese logo depending on which audio track is selected; both languages use the Japanese credits with animation, followed by silent English credits referencing both versions. Due to music licensing issues, the theme song Fanfare was replaced with an instrumental piece from the film's soundtrack.
