Please try and avoid arranging for tradesmen to begin work before the materials have arrived as D W Nye Ltd will not be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date. For reasons of hygiene and safety, personal grooming products, cosmetics or items of intimate clothing cannot be returned. Due to courier costs we are unable to deliver to the following locations - Guernsey & Offshore Islands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Isle Of Wight.

Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned.If you are returning a worn garment that you feel may have developed a fault the cost of return will be the customers resposibilty and please remember the garment must be washed before sent, any garment returned unclean will be rejected.
