On carpet, the scatter was fairly minimal and my kitchen scales measured a 100% collection of my 50g spillage of rice. Clean the filters, and if the problem persists, you may need to replace the motor. Testing with fine particles (flour) proved much tougher. On hard floor, only 80% of the spill made it into the collection bin, leaving a neat pile pushed up against the rubber skirt behind the suction port. That’s still above average but it proved less successful on carpet, gathering a mere 62% of the spill. Without a brush to agitate the carpet, there’s only so much the M210P can do in this test. Since you can open up a lot of settings options with the help of the app, you should do so. Here you can namely not only adjust the suction power. On top of that, you select one of the modes here and can set the time of cleaning. Cool is of course also the control via voice assistant. At first glance, even laymen can see that this is the classic design of vacuum robots. Thus, Lefant also relies on a circular shape. With a diameter of just 28 cm and a height of less than 8 cm, the M210 Pro is thereby pleasingly compact. As a result, it should be able to cope well even in small apartments or those full of furniture. The low height helps it to even drive under flat pieces of furniture. The build quality is on a good level, which I wouldn’t have expected given the low price. You can also enable voice control for the M210 by connecting it with the popular voice assistants in modern homes, i.e., Google Assistant and Alexa. All you have to do is give simple voice commands – and the device will start, stop, or change cleaning modes. It’s navigation that really lets the Lefant M210P down. If you want a robot that you can drop in a room, have it bumble around cleaning as it goes, then put away again, then the M210P can do a decent job.
