If the butter is softened enough, a fork should suffice. More vegetables: You could also add other veggie options like cooked cauliflower florets, squash, fresh spinach, or sun-dried tomatoes. Parmesan: Use fresh, shaved parmesan cheese for the delicious truffle sauce. You’ll use most of the parmesan sauce at the same time that you add the heavy cream so that it can melt and incorporate into the sauce.
