Despite its size it is a remarkably easy tent to pitch. We came to the conclusion that the front A Frame should be put in place and pegged out then the two joint central poles should be put in followed by the remaining A Frames. It took us about 30-40 minutes on our first pitch and that was mostly tying the guys on. I think a 20 minute pitch time is a realistic expectation, while slightly more complicated than a normal Bell it really isn't that complicated. Space: when you place 1 double bed then it also can place small table and still have plenty of room to move around and hang out in the tent! great for family camping, hunting, hiking, weekend camping trips, extended camping trips or remodel your house. The Emperor is a fantastic tent! It is a tardis that while only a couple of square meters more area than a 5m Bell, that space is pretty much all usable. The inside of this tent is really spacious, and with its roof heigh, it feels huge. Because of the air beam construction there’s no central pole holding it up, so the floor area inside is totally open with no obstructions at all, unlike traditional tipi tents. excellent ventilation: four air vents placed at the top of your tent keeps ventilation. all windows and door are mesh equipped. you can feel free to control inner tent ventilation by adjusting the size of opening and get a sun shelter via rolling up the side wall. We had particular criteria to meet too and this one suited us perfectly and as the price was right we went for it.

As you can see by the pictures we married it up with our 5m Bell for an annex. This worked really well and was easy enough to do although may take a little practice to perfect. It gives you a monumental 11 meters of tent! Only quibbles I can think of are (and I'm only mentioning them because I know belltent constantly review the design) are:

Very pleased with her and plan to buy a 5m bell to use as an annex for a toilet/storage and shower. OMG she is a beast lol. I was a little nervous when she was delivered. To say she was heavy is an under statement, it took two of us to carry her to my front door ( I didn't have the heart to leave the poor delivery man to struggle on his own). The tent could comfortably sleep 6 to 8 people. We will be using it for our long weekend and longer trips. There is ample room for everyone over this length of time and all the kit you would need. Size: diameter 4m bell tent, the top height of 250 cm, side wall height of 60 cm, door high of 150cmcm. it is a polygonal base, (can place 2 queen size bed, or 1queen size bed with 2 single size bed), weight of 28kg. for 1-2 person within 20-30 minutes to set up. note: <1>storge：storing fabric and poles in a damp environment will shorten the service life of the tent. <2>avoide use your bell tent in strong windy. <3>please use the canvas skirt to tightly cover the zipper and add the rain cap on rainy days to prevent leakage.
