Citrus Bahama Mama: 2 parts Orange Rum, 1 part Dark Rum, 1 part grapefruit juice, 1 part orange juice. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and a sprig of mint. For the coconut rum, you could experiment with spiced brown sugar syrup which can help mimic a rum flavor, and coconut syrup too. We’ve enjoyed SO many rum punches from tropical locales far and wide that we should be some kind of Rum Punch experts by now. Every place seems to have their own “secret” recipe, but can’t seem to find too many we don’t care for. The difference? The type of rum used and the different fruit juices. One word? YUM! Coconut Bahama Mama: 2 parts Coconut Rum, 1 part Coconut Liqueur, 2 parts pineapple juice, 1 part pomegranate juice. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Tropical Bahama Mama: 2 parts Mango Rum, 1 part White Rum, 1 part orange juice, 2 parts tropical punch, and a splash of grenadine. Garnish with a mango slice and a maraschino cherry.
