This delicious Cornish vodka has recently won the prestigious DOUBLE GOLD MEDAL in the 2020 San Francisco World’s Best Vodka awards. Noting Emily’s passion for citrus fruits in her cooking, the obvious step was to distil fresh citrus rinds into our award winning potato vodka in our tiny 200 litre hand-made, copper pot still.

Five generations later and Stafford's great, great grandsons have created Cornwall's first vodka spirit. Crafted in small batches from their delicious Cornish potatoes, this vodka is distilled forty-times before being blended with mineral water lifted from the distillery's aquifer. Producing premium spirits represented the perfect way to add value to the crops produced on Colwith Farm. Or serve long in an ice filled hi-ball, topped with an Indian tonic water, garnished with a lemon wheel.This is a premium vodka carefully produced from the finest potatoes grown on a family farm in the heart of Cornwall. Due to the variety of crops being grown on Colwith Farm, and the high specification equipment in the distillery, a plethora of premium spirits can be lovingly crafted from one site. Aval Dor Vodka is brought to us from Colwith farm, where they grow various different crops, in particular potatoes! Distilled and blended with mineral water from an aquifer beneath the farm, the vodka has a smooth and creamy flavour.

Fresh cask products should be opened within 2 days of receipt and consumed within 3 days of opening them. It's infused with leafy green citrus notes of hand picked hops and hints of fresh rosemary and thyme.
