The location of the hotel is fantastic, with close proximity to beaches, shops, bars. The staff is always kind, helpful, and smiling. The area in front of the hotel with palm trees, green lawn, and sunbeds is very nice and comfortable. There is a nice promenade in front of the hotel, offering easy access to beaches and a pleasant walk towards Ayia Napa port and center. The staff on arrival was fantastic, offering a warm welcome and even preparing our room with a bottle of wine for our honeymoon. The room rate is great value for money, at only €50 per night. The pool and sea view are the best features of the hotel. We enjoy the sea water when it’s crystal-clear and cooler rather than warm. We don’t enjoy swimming among flotsam any kind. The staff gave us some great recommendations to continue our road trip later in the day and were very apologetic when miscalculating our bill. An honest mistake i'm sure. This is a lovely book. It depicts various activities throughout the day at the beach, from building sand castles falling asleep at night within sound of the ocean. This type of accommodation is not always available, you can only book it at certain promotional times, so to find out if it is available for the date you have chosen for your holiday, you should find out when you make your booking. had a great overnight stay in ayia napa. This cute little beach made it easy for sunset viewing, body surfing, swimming, or just plain people watching.Initially, the room (no 20) was quite small, the furniture and tiles were pre-war, the refrigerator when it was in operation smelled burnt, the bathroom faucet was dripping, the kitchen faucet was moldy, the bathtub was not clean at all, the lighting was low. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a perfect first line view of the sea. We could hear the calming sound of the waves all day long. Not a snorkeling spot, but has a nice strip of white sand beach. Lots of locals come to play in the water. it is quite popular. Some parking spots, but most people just park along the road. It has some facilities.With the UTI regime you can enjoy the Beach Club restaurants and their amazing unique dishes in front of the Mediterranean Sea. Magic Stars Café located on Levante beach. It is a place with amazing decoration, memorabilia and live performances that will inspire you.
