Finally, the film’s beautiful yet haunting score, which remains a source of tension, excitement, and hope throughout. Despite this, there is something of an adventurous quality present in the story that keeps it engaging - this is helped in no small part by Michael Abels' score, which is rousing and emotional at key moments. I bought the 4K dusk on the of chance of being able to get someone to watch it with me as every time I asked someone to go with me they just said "Nope". Jordon is a comedic genius that made audiences laugh for years on end with his sketch comedy and jokes, but when he made his first feature film Get Out, everything changed and Peele allowed all of us inside his mind of horror.Especially notable are the pings of items falling from the sky, almost sounding like bullets ricocheting, creating a deadly rain of debris that seems impossible to avoid. It’ll feature shifting IMAX aspect rations as well as an Atmos track to best replicate his intended look and feel at home. Whilst I appreciate that Peele uses the film to highlight the way black contributions have been written out of history, the point might be more powerfully made using more mainstream dialogue. The picture is as clear and clean as any on the format; the natural definition and filmic qualities are present and accounted for in every shot.
