Pony allows the Player to use the cure to save him, and is left behind outside the Camp to get infected. Pony didn't want to leave without her, but she insisted that they leave, and that she'll sabotage as much as she can while they escape. After giving weapons to each of them to knock out the hallucinations, TIO enters a rage state and immediately chases after the nearest player regardless if he spotted a player beforehand. After TIO is defeated, Pony thanks the Player, since TIO's been sending him to his mind many times but has never been as aggressive as he is now.

Pony starts confessing something to Zizzy, but she interrupts him, saying she knows, and they begin the fight with the infected horde. She also thanks the Player for making her realize that in her pursuit for revenge, she pushed others away, even those she was close to. The three then head on over to the Military Camp ahead without warning, after discussing about the cure. And compared to the first book I adored it a lot especially the dynamic between Billy, Badgy, Ben, and Ollie.Piggy (Distorted) is the first alternate skin to not just be labeled as the skin name followed by ‘(Alternate)’.
