Sure, like it's name suggests it leaves super tight beads; but sheeting is weak - so light rain mists will leave tonnes of water spots if you don't dry in time and it takes some heavy rains to get that run off effect. Apply to a wet or dry surface, but overall performance and results will be improved if applied to dry paint.
