The included cable is a combined cable which goes from the USB type-C on the tablet to USB type-A and HDMI on the computer, and a longer cable to a power outlet. Marketed as an entry level drawing tablet, this upgrade to the original Huion Kamvas 16 (released in 2019) sports better colour and pen technology, and is also Android compatible. As you may have already heard, the Huion Kamvas Pro 13 has been plagued with complaints about line wobble.

The gamut volume is what the tablet is capable of, and the gamut coverage is what my color profile uses. Both drawing tablets are fantastic alternatives to the Huion tablet, but they don't support the same percentage of Adobe RGB color gamut. The creative Kamvas 13 with striking appearance is available in 3 colours, Midnight Green, Violet Purple and Cosmo Black, which provide more choices for users to fit their style. Okay, I got the tablet and so far I can sorta see the wobbling happening when I draw slow to normal strokes like you’ve mentioned. This means that you’re actually getting the tablet capabilities of 1000+ USD tablets in a 400 USD tablet. Overall, this tablet is pretty great value for money and comes with a full range of accessories… except for a plug. Usually you will need to uncheck the “Enable Windows Ink” option to prevent Windows Ink from messing with your drawing.

I appreciate the effort of the brand on offering updates for drivers and new products with much needed improvements on them. Almost all the lines begin right on the start line meaning it has extremely low IAF, and the lines are almost transparent showing that the tablet is capable of drawing extremely light pen pressures. The build quality of the pen display is solid in construction, lightweight, portable, and feels durable. The surface of the Huion Kamvas Pro 13 is quite smooth, but it does have enough texture to make it feel much more enjoyable than pure smooth glass. I believe the reviewers who claim they have no wobble just test at the “fast” speed or faster since, as you can see, testing just that slight bit faster makes the wobble completely disappear.Pressure Sensitivity Adjustment - With varying settings to choose from and adjust to your individual requirements. In terms of the pen pressure control circles, I had no problems doing all the different circles smoothly. Edit: Apparently the Huion JP account advertised a 92% AdobeRGB colour gamut which makes sense if you literally equate 100% sRGB with 76% AdobeRGB and cross multiply, but that is not how colour spaces work. The way this tablet stand is designed, it supports 6 different positions, 3 slots for each of the 2 metal arms.

After calibrating in the original setup your marks look pretty much like they appear from the pen itself. I mentioned above that the out-of-the-box colours are a bit strong on the blues, but you can actually fix this (for the most part) by changing 1 thing in the OSD settings. inch Wacom Cintiq 16 has all the same features as the Wacom One HD as well as 8,192 pressure levels, but it also shares its disadvantages such as the lack of customizable buttons. If you intend to draw without a power outlet nearby, you should be getting something made for portability like an iPad Pro + Apple Pencil instead of a drawing monitor anyways. I really hope that Huion develops a companion app to expand support for smartphones and other mobile devices.

The main one is that Wacom has a fairly dedicated userbase, and its drivers and software tend to have few issues and fantastic support. However, having no stabilizers active gives the same result as when I had a small amount of stabilizer on because doing slow lines “ignores” stabilizers. I did suggest making it customizable to Huion, so it may change with future driver updates, but at the moment I think the touch bar is completely inferior to Wacom’s touch ring because it isn’t customizable.
