You will need to still drill the four holes at the intersection of the tiles but extra care should be taken due to the presence of underfloor heating. If unsure it would be advisable to seek further advice from the underfloor heating installation engineer who installed your system. I'm guessing that as several of the tiles are already very loose and the grout it already missing in many places I might be able to skip drilling the holes and with it the potential for damaging the heating element.
